Piedmont Mall Supports Habitat for Humanity of Danville-Pittsylvania County

Piedmont Mall has partnered with Danville-Pittsylvania County Habitat for Humanity to work on the elimination of poverty housing in our community. This is part of a national partnership between General Growth Properties, Piedmont Mall's owner, and Habitat for Humanity International. Over the next three years, shoppers will be invited to participate in fundraising events, awareness campaigns and volunteer opportunities to benefit Danville-Pittsylvania County Habitat for Humanity. Piedmont Mall offers a climate-controlled environment, perfect for year-round walking. Mall entrances open at 7:00am Monday - Saturday and at 10:00am on Sunday for your walking convenience.

AMBER Alert Notifications Uniting America to Protect All Children

The first few hours are the most important when it comes to finding missing children. When there is an active AMBER Alert in the community, signage will be placed in the mall in high traffic locations. Thousands of shoppers will have access to the information, giving tremendous advantage to law enforcement working against the clock to reunite these children with their families.
